Parent Teacher Student Conferences

Valleyview school will be using PTCFast for scheduling Parent/Teacher/Student conferences.  PTCfast is an online tool for scheduling parent-teacher conferences that simplifies the process for both schools and parents. It allows schools to quickly set up conference schedules using templates and provides parents with a link to sign up for appointments online.      

A link will be emailed out to all of our Parents/Guardians on Monday, November 10th at approximately 11:00 am to schedule your conference time for your child(ren) on PTCFast.  Please watch your emails.

PTCFast will be launched on Monday, November 10th at approximately 11:00 am for parents/guardians to start booking their appointments.

PTCFast will end on Friday, November 14th at 4:00 pm for parents/guardians to book their appointments.

Any questions or concerns, regarding PTC Fast, please reach out to your child(ren)'s classroom teacher.
