Random Acts of Kindness Week
February 17th is national "Random acts of Kindness day" This is a wonderful sentiment - but we should strive to do random acts of kindness everyday - and also include ourselves in that - be kind to yourself. When we choose kindness, our brains light up with oxytocin, dopamine, and connection; reminding us that kindness is not just good for the world, it is good for us.
