Hello everyone,

We are looking for volunteers to help with the Boston Pizza lunch on Thursday, February 27. Time commitment: approximately 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
 Duties include:

• Sorting lunches by classroom
• Distributing lunches to classrooms

 If you are available to volunteer, please let Kelsey Levandoski know by emailing kels.campbell@hotmail.ca

Current Fundraiser Schedule: 

Parent Council is excited to kick off our yearly fundraisers once again—and we need your help to make them possible!

Please see the attached list of fundraisers for the 2025–2026 school year, along with the number of volunteers needed for each event. If you are able to volunteer, please email kels.campbell@hotmail.ca to sign up.

These events cannot run without enough volunteers, so your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for helping us make this year’s fundraisers a success!

September – Hot Dog Lunch 5 volunteers
October – Grade 6-8 Halloween Dance 15 volunteers
November – Livingstone Landscaping Winter Plant Fundraiser 2 volunteers
December 6th 10:00 - 12:00 – Santa Photos with Sam Smart Photography 5 volunteers
January – Dominoes Pizza Lunch 5 volunteers
February – K-5 Valentines Day Dance 15 volunteers
                - Boston Pizza Lunch Feb. 27th - orders due Wednesday, February 18th 
                - Dominoes Pizza Family Supper!

March – Hot Dog Day 5 volunteers
April – Classroom Coin War 3 volunteers
May – Pizza Day 5 volunteers
June – End of Year Trivia Night 10 volunteers

Fundraising Update:

Swing set raised: $26, 500
Goal: $33,000
Swing set installation pending Summer 2026 -  date & time to be determined. 
-6 volunteers
-experience in construction
-two/three day commitment

***Portable Volleyball Net purchased for grades 7 & 8's!

We are currently fundraising for Phase II of the Playground which brings in swings!	A HUGE thank you to all our sponsors for sponsoring our playground!   We couldn't have gotten this far without your support!
