Convocation Date: June 23rd, 2026

Assiniboine Credit Union Place (Keystone Centre)

1:30pm - 4:00pm

Grad Meeting - February 25, 2026

Graduation Ceremony - Tuesday, June 23 at 1:30pm

Arrive at 12:30pm - hitching ring (signs to direct you)

Opens to guests at 12:30pm (guests not allowed in hitching ring at any time)

Cannot bring any drink containers with you (water is provided)

Any signs of intoxication - will be asked to leave

Gowns to be handed in immediately after ceremony (Pictures in gowns will need to be taken prior to ceremony)

Grand March to follow immediately after ceremony

Grad Applications - DUE

Hand in at the office

See  Mrs. Cook Hunter or Mrs. Rybuck for information

Due March 18, 2026 • Grad statement (see Mrs. Rybuck or Mrs. Cook Hunter for ideas) 

Fee is $85 – school cash online (due at same time as grad application)

A photocopy of a piece of government issued ID indicating the student's full name must be submitted along with the grad application (passport, drivers license, status card (MB health cards do not show middle name(s) so will not be accepted.))

Students who do not attend the convocation ceremony will not be charged, but must submit a grad application with the required information. (Mark "not attending" on the application form). Fees will be reimbursed in full to non grads, prior to May 1.
