Convocation Date: June 23rd, 2026

Graduation Applications

•  Available for pick up at office 

• Due March 18, 2026 • Grad statement (see Mrs. Rybuck or Mrs. Cook Hunter for ideas) 

• Fee is $85 – school cash online (due at same time as grad application)

A photocopy of a piece of government issued ID indicating the student's full name must be submitted along with the grad application (passport, drivers license, status card (MB health cards do not show middle name(s) so will not be accepted.))

Students who do not attend the convocation ceremony will not be charged, but must submit a grad application with the required information. (Mark "not attending" on the application form). Fees will be reimbursed in full to non grads, prior to May 1.

• Get your yearbook quote in & order a yearbook in advance

Grad Hoodies

• Will be available soon. Stay tuned to Teams for an update

Credits

• Make sure you are working hard to get your credits

 • Drop date for semester 1 courses is December 5th

Honour Roll Requirements

• See Grad Team for information about honour roll

 • Academic Honour Roll – 6 credits with 85% average at grade 12 level

 • Vocational Honour Roll – 8 credits with 85% average across grade 10-12 (hairstyling and ACE are different)

 • HCA and Apprenticeship do not count toward honour rolls

Grad Photos

• December 8-19th

 • Retakes: January 22 & 23

 • Online sign-up. Announcement will be made when portal is open – should be soon!

 • Need photo for grad composite for the wall (even if you are not purchasing photos)

Grad caps available in library

 • See Mrs. Anderson if you would like to get grad early for decorating

 • Decorations must be school appropriate

Grad Formal Wear

• Free grad dresses and suits available for grads

• See Mrs. Rybuck or Mrs. Cook-Hunter

Indigenous Grads

• Our Journey – celebration for Indigenous graduates - May

• See Ms. Pratt (Room 141) - help making ribbon skirts & ribbon shirts
