2. Convocation Ceremony

1:30pm - 4:00pm

3. Grad Requirements (Mrs. Rybuck and Mrs. Cook Hunter)

30 credits (compulsory/electives)

No complacency - get your credits this semester (classes for semester 2 may already be full)

4. Graduation Applications

Each potential graduate will receive an application at the December grad meeting.  It will also be available at the front office and CP website in December.  The application must be FULLY completed to be accepted.  Please submit to Ms. Jen Penman in the main office.

Grad fee is $85 - payable online via SchoolCash (covers cap and gown rentals, venue rental, programs, sound system, etc.)

Students who do not attend the convocation ceremony will not be charged, but must still submit a grad application with the required information.  (Mark "not attending" on the application form).  Fees will be reimbursed in full to non grads, prior to May 1.

13. Safe Grad

Safe Grad is independent from the school.  Parents can form a safe grad committee.  School will be able to help share some information.

There will be a Safe Grad Seminar on Saturday, November 16 (9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) at the Victoria Inn & Convention Centre, Winnipeg.
