Information for Student Parent Teacher Conferences

2023-2024 Semester Two: 

REPORT CARDS:

Report cards will be handed out to students at their next homeroom meeting on Monday, April 15th.  Parents can also view them on the PowerSchool Parent Portal once it is open. 

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES:

Parent Teacher Conferences will take place this semester Thursday, April 18th 5-7 pm and Friday, April 19th 9:00am – 3:30pm. 

We are using PTCFast.com to make signups for Parent Teacher Conferences as convenient as possible. You will be able to book your appointment starting Monday, April 8th at 9 am. You will be pleased to see that there are various times/days that you can choose from. Once you’ve booked your conference times, the teachers will receive a notification. Please note, you will not need to book a time with your child’s home room teacher as they only see them a few times a semester. 

Please book your conference time by April 16th, bookings close at 4:00 pm. This deadline will allow teachers the time to prepare for all of their bookings.

Please note: 

• Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings will be scheduled through a separate process as they involve a teaming aspect.
• EAL meetings will be scheduled through the EAL Resource team to accommodate interpreters.
