Information for Student Parent Teacher Conferences

2025-2026

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES: November 13th & 14th, 2026. You will receive an e-mail when booking conferences is available. 

If you require assistance to book your appointment, please contact the school at 204-729-3170.

Please note: 

• Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings will be scheduled through a separate process as they involve a teaming aspect.
• EAL meetings will be scheduled through the EAL Resource team to accommodate interpreters. 

REPORT CARDS: Will be sent home prior to November 14th. 

Report cards will be handed out to students at their next homeroom meeting on April 11th, 2025. Parents can also view grades on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL:

We encourage all parents to join the PowerSchool Parent Portal, it’s the #1 way to stay connected! The portal can be used to view your student’s: 

• Attendance
• Grades
• Missing Assignments
• Daily School Announcements

Attached are instructions to help you create an account or add a student to your existing account. You will need your student’s access ID and access password, which the main office can provide either by calling 204-729-3170 or emailing vincentmassey@bsd.ca.
