UPCOMING EVENTS & DATES 

Crocus Options: Crocus is closed today due to a maintenance issue. VM Students with Crocus classes are recommended to go home for the afternoon. If this is not an option, they are welcome to stay and work in the library. 

Semester One report cards can be picked up from the main office. 

It’s time to order your 2024-2025 yearbook! Go to school cash online on the Massey website, or you can pay with cash or cheque in the office. It’s $45 for a yearbook or $48 for it engraved with your name. Yearbooks are on sale until Feb 28^th. 

Students wanting to make changes to their semester two schedule please send a Teams message to the counsellor of your grade. The last day to add a class to semester 2 is Fri, Feb 7.

EXTRA CURRICULAR CLUBS

Any grade 9, 10, 11 students interested in the University of Waterloo Math Contest see Mr. Bath in room 37 by the end of day Thursday Jan 6th. 

Vincent Massey’s Creative Writing Community will be meeting in Room 19 on Wednesday at lunch. See you all there!

The Viking Chess Club will be hosting a tournament at lunch on Mondays and Fridays. Sign up is available outside Room 23 until Wednesday, February 12th. For more details, check your Teams or contact Ms. Reimer.

The Viking Hike Club will meet in room 23 at lunch today at 12:30p.m.

Reminder to always lock your lockers!  

The school has a scent free policy, no perfumes, no colognes, no scented sprays of any kind. We have people in the building with allergies, please be respectful. 

Canteen Specials: 

Jan 27th-31st: The canteen will be closed.

Canteen will open again on Thursday, February 6th.
