Veterans’ Week (November 5-11, 2024)

Veterans' Week, observed from November 5 to 11, 2024, is a time dedicated to honoring the bravery, sacrifice, and service of veterans who have defended and protected their countries. This week serves as an important reminder of the immense contributions made by military personnel, both past and present, in securing the freedoms and peace enjoyed by many. 

As part of Veterans' Week, schools and organizations are encouraged to engage in activities that highlight the experiences and stories of veterans. Schools may host guest speakers, organize veteran interviews, or conduct history lessons centered on military history and the impact of various conflicts. Additionally, veterans' stories are often shared through media campaigns and social platforms, bringing to light the personal narratives of courage and resilience.
